12-Inch Green Earth Wok by Ozeri Review

Ozeri is a manfacturer of high-quality cooking utensils, cookware, and more. Before, I got to review their awesome pan (which I adore deeply making eggs in and not having them stick!) and now I get to review their 12-Inch Green Earth Wok! With Smooth Ceramic Non-Stick Coating (100% PTFE and PFOA Free) you can cook just about anything in this wok and know that not only will it not stick, but it's very easy to clean!

Once again, the packaging is fantastic (we can blame USPS for the fact the packaging was dented in places). But I love how the wok is so thick and well made there was no fear of any breaking or damaging the item itself. The first thing I wanted to cook in the wok was a P.F. Chang's Meal for 2, so that's just what we did!

Pardon my messy stove, I'm not sure what happened but I cannot get that staining off no matter what I use (FYI to companies reading that make cleaning supplies: *HINT HINT!*). After only about five minutes, I realized quickly I didn't have to follow the directions on the bag any longer. Usually, you have to use a skillet and cook the food then let the food simmer with a lid on top. With this wok the cooking is so even and beautiful that you can just stir, and toss a bit, and it comes out perfect. In fact, it comes out even better! The broccoli isn't mushy it still comes out crispy and the best part: the sauce is evenly distributed. I love the high walls!

Now onto cleaning, want to know an awesome hint? One night I felt terrible after cooking and I didn't do the dishes. The next morning I saw I had left the wok on the stove with sauce still in it. The sauce was dried and this has a lot of sugar in it. I expected scratches in the wok trying to scrub it out, and I expected to have to clean it at least twice to get it clean. NOPE! A bit of dawn, a little soaking, and I was able to use my normal sponge and just lightly rub. No scrubbing, no elbow grease, just a quick swipe and totally clean! When I make bacon in the mornings using their pan I just rinse and pour and it cleans out. Their coating is just that great! You have to get these, I'm in love with the pan and wok. I hope to get more of the pans and even some pots soon!

The wok currently sells for $35.95 on Amazon and you can get free shipping whether you have Prime or not as it meets the $35 minimum. So get yours today!
