Last year, we had an amazing opportunity to come to the Dallas Zoo and review the wonderful animals and location. Unfortunately, the monorail was not back up and running when we went but this year, we got the great chance to ride it and enjoy the zoo once again!

Every year I adore taking my daughter to a pumpkin patch. Out in Arlington I had some choices in the area but I was really excited when we moved to Sherman. Reason being? Sherman is very rural compared to Arlington, but not as rural as the surrounding areas! Finding the farm was extremely easy, and when we got there it wasn't very busy (or so we thought).

Last year, I made a top 10 list that I truly thought could not be beaten. Then this year it's become clear that the Pumpkin Spice craze has really became some insane that I wonder how many people do not have brains--just giant pumpkins filled with "spice" in their heads! There are some times that a person is given a chance to look at something with a fresh perspective. One such time is when I was offered a chance to Review the Michigan Renaissance Festival in Holly, Michigan. My husband and myself have both been fans of the Renaissance for years, but in the last several we would go in, look at our favorite shops for something new, then we’d leave. But this time we planned on getting there early enough to see most of the shows and stay the whole day.  We’d be going as if we had never been there before giving us a chance to fully look at this event as a brand new thing.
