I remember driving there with my sweet little girl, yelling at cars to get out of the way as we were hitting traffic at every turn. This time, I brought my husband so he could see the amazing experience and we left so early, no traffic except for a very small moment. We still parked, and ran straight to Enchanted Fairies excited! We have loved every moment and so this time, we decided to treat a few friends who had never been. The best part was allowing them to see the new show which we had only seen once before and unfortunately I was distracted that night so I didn't get to truly experience it. So this time, we got to enjoy together!

From talking about the jousting and the exciting games to the horses and falcon, you know you're going for an amazing experience. Being invited to the media event was an awesome opportunity something that we will never forget.

From drive-ins to stadium seating, the experience going as a family to the movies has changed over time but is still just as thrilling as it has always been. Moviehouse & Eatery allows a classy form of going to the movies while still allowing the family experience with reclining leather seats, fantastic food and most of all, great movies on perfect screens!

State Fair of Texas: Official Website State Fair of Texas: Official Facebook The State Fair of Texas is known Nationally as being one of the largest fairs in the US. It is also known for having some of the most unique fried foods and treats to eat while enjoying games, rides, shows, and more. I was excited to get to take my daughter back to the Fair as two years ago she was just too young to really get to enjoy it, and she didn't even remember going the first time.

Unfortunately, the monorail was not back up and running when we went but this year, we got the great chance to ride it and enjoy the zoo once again!

Preston Trail Farms: Official Website Preston Trail Farms: Official Facebook Every year I adore taking my daughter to a pumpkin patch. Out in Arlington I had some choices in the area but I was really excited when we moved to Sherman. Reason being? Sherman is very rural compared to Arlington, but not as rural as the surrounding areas! Finding the farm was extremely easy, and when we got there it wasn't very busy (or so we thought).

One such time is when I was offered a chance to Review the Michigan Renaissance Festival in Holly, Michigan. My husband and myself have both been fans of the Renaissance for years, but in the last several we would go in, look at our favorite shops for something new, then we’d leave. But this time we planned on getting there early enough to see most of the shows and stay the whole day.  We’d be going as if we had never been there before giving us a chance to fully look at this event as a brand new thing.

I was able to talk about the experience my daughter had and talk about how incredible everyone was in making my daughter's time there so wonderful. Enchanted Fairies gives you the opportunity to get to see your child in such a beautiful light with magic and wonder mixed in. The opportunity to do a review for Enchanted Fairies was a dream come true for me, and after braving traffic for over an hour I was able to finally get us there! Standing inside Enchanted Fairies, Willow Bend Mall, Plano, Texas Coming into Enchanted Fairies you felt you were stepping into a whole new world. Scarborough Renaissance Festival: Official Website Scarborough Renaissance Festival: Official Facebook As a child, I got the wonderful opportunity to visit Scarborough Faire. I truthfully don't remember much about it except for getting to ride a dragon that was powered by a man and not a machine, and either my Grandmother or Aunt got their palm read. That's all I remember, but I saw pictures in a now lost photo album of the experience. For years I talked about going back and then I got the opportunity to go for a review! I got so excited, because my four year old had only recently been to Medieval Times in Dallas and she loved the whole experience. So I thought this would be just as great!

Prairie Lights: Official Website Prairie Lights; Official Facebook Every year at Christmas time, we love to go looking at Christmas lights. Out in Plano there's a few neighborhoods called "Deerfield" that are large, almost mansion style homes. They hire people to go all out on their houses making every single house sparkle and shine. But, I live in Arlington. To go out at night with a four year old and brave the traffic of Deerfield (45 minutes from home) and then drive back can be a nightmare. Prairie Lights is located in Grand Prairie off of Joe Pool Lake, and it was AMAZING!! I cannot wait for you all to read this review!

With beautiful attractions all over Dallas/Ft. Worth, you can't stay as grumpy as the grinch or as snobby as Scrooge. The Trains at North Park is a cute exhibit that benefits children through the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas and we were lucky enough to be able to go and review it!

Dallas Zoo: Official Website Dallas Zoo: Official Facebook The Dallas Zoo has been open in it's current location since 1912 and has become one of the best locations in DFW for families to visit. With it's large pathways, multiple animal exhibits and great employees we finally had a great family outing at the Dallas Zoo.

Monkeynastix of Arlington: Official Website Monkeynastix of Arlington: Official Facebook Monkeynastix is a fun and exciting movement education program that helps preschoolers with hand/eye coordination, following directions, and more. I was able to get Olivia into a class today and I was able to observe the class as it was happening and I recommend this for any parent who wants to get their child moving and more active for just 30 minutes a class.
